PRODUCTIVITY
WHAT IS PRODUCTIVITY?
The relationship between the amount of outputs and amount of inputs needed to produce a product

WHAT IS PRODUCTIVITY IN AIESEC?
How many resources we need (people or money) in order to perform a approved or realisation
HOW CAN WE CALCULATE IT?
No. of realisations/ No. of members = Productivity in RE
No. of approves/ No. of members = Productivity in App
No. of open forms/ No. of members = Productivity in Open BD forms
WHY IS PRODUCTIVITY IMPORTANT?
When productivity is low, it means that we are limiting the leadership development of our members. Why?
Because it means they are low-performing in their functions, which will cause a lower motivation.
It might also mean that probably we are dividing responsibilities in too many people, which means smaller JDs on each of the members. This will cause lack of engagement and drop of retention rate.
WHAT AFFECTS PRODUCTIVITY?
Membership empowerment through coaching and mentoring;
Clear leadership & frequent supervision;
Processes efficiency (always discuss productivity with your LCVPs exchange;
Training and education;
Change of structures and functional strategy;
Improvement of team experiences (Team Standards);
Clear plan of talent required.
