TALENT PLAN IN 6 STEPS:
1. Exchange Planning: What are your GT and GV goals?
2. Analyse the current state: How many members will stay in the next Quarter?
3. Check Growth Model productivity minimums: What's the minimum productivity in order for your LC to jump the tier?
4. Calculate the number of new members you need and where you will get them: IXP? Normal recruitment? Etc...
5. Plan JDs and needed profiles in order for the marketing team to create marketing plan.
6. Run Recruitment ;)
